Such a disappointment!

I ordered the Medium size MaxStrapz as the size guide advised, but they were far too loose. Unfortunately, I had such high hopes, even though I thought they were very pricey, that I ordered 2 packs, I contacted the company by email to explain that I would like to return the unopened Medium pack in exchange for Small size rather than ask for a refund. Unfortunately I have never received a reply. I sent a follow up email suggesting that it would be a common decency to respond to my email, and demonstrate good customer service. I have not received a reply. I will not be buying from this company again and will warn my friends not to do so either. One star rating is too high in my opinion.

These are godsend for anyone suffering an arthritic hip, fingers or a back problem. Two innovations would improve concerning the metal ends, slightly longer and a ferruled surface to enhance grip when fitting the laces since more and more makes of trainers have cloth loops instead of eyelets. These are the best things I have purchased in years fit just right save me have to bend to tie my laces up recommended to anyone

Revolutionary!

I must admit, I was slightly sceptical as to whether these would actually work and look good but they do!! They are so easy to fit and look like real laces. But best of all, it means I can slip on my trainers without the faff of tying laces, and they’ve actually made my trainers fit better. I have been raving about these to all my friends and will definitely be buying in other colours too!! Well done on inventing such a revolutionary product!
